How Are Ambassadors Compensated?

Ambassador's compensation is commission based and is made up of the following components:


Commission on sales (typically, a 3-year contract)

  • Base Commission
  • Override commission on recruits’ sales (typically, a 3-year contract)

Commissions are paid either in cash or cash-equivalent in company stock options (based on then current value) or a combination of both - based on Ambassador’s preference – upon payment of monthly invoice by merchants


Commission on sales during Free Trial period if offered by the company

  • Commissions are paid in company stock options (based on then current stock value) on monthly basis for the duration of the free trial period (currently, 6 months)
